Not last, but very poor performance. This time i got my ass handed to me. two days out tilling dirt torched my arms and back. I wasnt recovered by sunday. Again in another 50 person expert pro field, I went into the woods in the middle of the pack, hr @ 201. I had to slow down to recover half way through the first lap and lost places continuously for the rest of the ride. Go into the woods in the back of the pack and speed up slowly. Back, abs, tricepts need strength training. Schedule, schedule, schedule
Dont forget your schedule:
monday commute, tuesday hard ride, wednesday commute, thursday hard ride, friday soft ride - eat up - dont drink, saturday relax, sunday race,
Eat 4 hours before race time. Have prerace drink 2 hours before. 30 minute preride.
